FlatEarthWiki.com is an encyclopedia, and an encyclopedia needs people to write it. Unlike most other reference works, we don't pay people to write for us, and there are very few incentives, perks or privileges associated with contributing. As such, our most valuable resource is neither money nor webspace, but Flat Earth Wiki's contributors, those dedicated people who take time out of their lives to edit, improve or maintain articles. In short, editors matter; and one of the important priorities of the Flat Earth community must be to recruit and retain good contributors. We currently have 472 articles about Flat Earth THANKS TO 2 ACTIVE EDITORS

Hello! (Testing) --Offensive Earth (talk) 03:38, 27 January 2016 (CST)

yet... - Would it be possible to add a multilingual-option to the wiki? I got a lot of information in german as well --Flacherde (talk) 15:28, 27 January 2016 (CST)

Absolutely! I'll get crackin on it.  :) --Steve Engelhardt (talk) 15:54, 27 January 2016 (CST)
Would it also be possible to enable the option to embed external images? ($wgAllowExternalImages) --Flacherde (talk) 15:27, 29 January 2016 (CST)
External images = true CHECK --Steve Engelhardt (talk) 00:39, 30 January 2016 (CST)
May I ask for another thing? I wanted to embed an image gallery from flickr (on the page for the moon) - yet i couldnt embed it within <html>-Tags because this function seems to be disabled. I looked the topic up in the mediawiki-page and it seems to allow html the option $wgRawHtml should be enabled. Would you enable that? (keep in mind the security risk, see [1]) --Flacherde (talk) 15:48, 30 January 2016 (CST)
What do you think of the main page so far? Got any ideas for it? I used the templates from this wiki http://herosmashwiki.com/w/Template:Frontpage --Steve Engelhardt (talk) 01:01, 30 January 2016 (CST)
I don't know what would be best on the front page. What I am concerned for is that i hope that there are no lies or falsehood being spread. Therefore I ask you, is it possible that this wiki here is kept objective and conjecture kept on as a low level as possible? (i mean always using correct syllogisms and checking whether any argument is truly working or not and not just posting pseudo-arguments which are pro-flat earth, but are not really true though) [i say that, because there seems to be fallacious reasoning involved in the FE-Movement which is making people who believe in the FE-Theory make to look stupid, because they are basing their opinion on conjecture or fallacious reasoning.] --Flacherde (talk) 15:48, 30 January 2016 (CST)

Agree with that 100%. Realizing that if this gets attention, there will be disinfo attempts on here to the likes that would end up in guinness records. Gonna do everything in my power to keep this thing real. --Steve Engelhardt (talk) 00:10, 31 January 2016 (CST)
